We have a ridiculous number of pets: 2 dogs, 5 cats, 3 turtles, a frog, and a tank of fish. Charry at The Pet Depot has been providing outstanding care for all of them for years. I will never use another pet sitting service. Charry is meticulous in knowing which animal requires what, in terms of attention/affection, medication, exercise, treats, etc. She keeps in touch when we are away so we know if any "surprises" happen while we're gone. Charry is reliable, responsible, caring, honest, and generous. I recommend her without reservation and guarantee you, too, will be happy with the service she provides.

You will be very pleased with Charry's service. I was impressed with her from the beginning…she asks a lot of questions and writes down a lot of notes on your first meeting with her. I was very worried about how my dog would react to our separation when I went on vacation for 6 days. So I asked Charry to talk to her, brush her hair and just love on her. She has been reliable and available when I need her. There are very few people as finicky as I am about my fids (furry & feathered kids) but I can say Charry & I hold the same values when it comes to them. There are very few people I have found that are willing to watch a macaw and even fewer who really know how to deal with one, even from if only from outside the cage. Charry is terrific. I am very picky about who I allow in my house and especially picky about someone taking care of my fur babies. We have 5 cats that have to be separated from each other because sometimes they just don't mingle well. The first time I met Charry she came over for a consultation and took really detailed notes and asked questions that I completely didn't even think about, like where the clean up solution is, vet information. She also is very familiar with and works with a lot of the vets in the area. I was very impressed. While away on trips, she would communicate on how the babies were doing and write a little paragraph about each one. We really get to enjoy our trips a lot more, and know that our animals are very well taken care of. She's very professional, and I don't have one negative complaint to say BUT that some of our babies want to go home with her. You can even call her as many times as you need to get through the day while away from your babies. I know I did. You won't be disappointed with Charry.

We have used The Pet Depot for our cats on two vacations. Our pet sitter truly cares for animals. In our case, our cats often hide when they hear someone else in the house. But, she is so calm with the cats that they actually come up to her. She not only took care of their food, etc. but also checked up on them and made sure that they were okay. She also left us a note and said how things went so that when we arrived home we were fully informed. The Pet Depot costs are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I would recommend them for any type of pet.
